Marriage License Information
Call us and we will take you to the Court House
If you are 18 Years of age or older, bring your identification, such as driver
license, passport, birth certificate, or military ID, your Social Security
Number (if applicable) and $60.00 (Cash, Visa or MasterCard)
If between the age of 16 and 18, parent must be present with identification
for both the parent and minor, and a birth certificate for the minor.  A
notarized parental consent letter is also acceptable if parent is not present.

can be obtained during the following hours:

Regular Business Hours
Monday - Thursday                         8 am - 8 pm
Friday - Saturday                           8 am - Midnight
Sunday                                      10 am - 6 pm

Holiday Hours
Independence Day and July 5th, Labor Day, Veteran's Day,
Family Day (11/26), Christmas Eve, New Year's Day,
MLK Day, President's Day, Easter and Memorial Day
                                                                    10 am - 6 pm
New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day
                                              8 am - Midnight
Thanksgiving and Christmas
